HYDE Beach is the daytime engine of the adults-only HYDE Bodrum, the Ennismore lifestyle brand's first Aegean property on Torba Bay. The kitchen runs a Mediterranean kitchen with a Japanese accent — sashimi, robata-style fish, sharing platters — and the bar pours large-format cocktails alongside the festival-style DJ programme that runs day into night. The room reads more SoBe-Tulum than peninsula classic, but the view is Bodrum and the produce is Aegean.
