De kwaliteit van de uitgestalde vis is ongeëvenaard, getoond in gerechten die moeiteloos Turkse en mediterrane culinaire tradities verweven. Van tartaar van Atlantische blauwvintonijn met romige stracciatella tot kraakverse vis op de plancha, paella en pasta: de kaart viert de zee. Ook vleesliefhebbers komen ruim aan hun trekken.
