Bitez Mantıcı runs the village-square shift the second-house Bitez regular cannot do without — mantı, çiğbörek, gözleme and the working kahvaltı menu, served at the same tables since the bay had Istanbul plates at every spot. The room is plain (formica tables, summer-only awnings, a tea garden out back), the kitchen is straightforward, and the audience is the Saturday-morning family run-in for kahvaltı before the beach. Worth keeping for the room because it does the inland Anatolian breakfast register the seafront cannot, and because the price ceiling is the right one for the cuisine — a Saturday breakfast for four lands below a single sea-bream lunch at the iskele. Walk-in only; arrive before nine for the busy seasons.

Arrive before nine in July-August or the line stretches around the square. Mantı is the right anchor; the çiğbörek runs out by ten. Cash works faster than card.
