Assaggio at Mandarin Oriental Bodrum
Türkbükü (Cennet Koyu)
Italian dining room at Mandarin Oriental's Paradise Bay, Chef Fabio De Paolis, Haute Grandeur 2018 Best Mediterranean and Italian Cuisine in Europe.
Lucca Bebek's evening Türkbükü dinner room on Cennet Koyu, fire-baked pizzas, wood-grilled seafood and an award-winning bar.
Lucca by the Sea is the evening sibling of Lucca Beach on Cennet Koyu (Paradise Bay), extending the Istanbul-Bebek Lucca brand's restaurant-and-bar grammar into a 19:00–midnight dinner room rather than a daytime sundeck. The room shares the bay with the Lucca Beach day-club but separates as the destination dinner reservation: the seafood-leaning card carries fire-baked pizza alongside wood-grilled octopus escabeche with chives, beef tenderloin tagliata and burrata pizza from the brick oven; the bar runs award-winning cocktails on seasonal Aegean ingredients. The reader books Lucca by the Sea as the evening counterpoint to a Maçakızı or Mandarin lunch, Bebek's Istanbul cocktail-and-music grammar without the Cennet Koyu daytime strict-19:00 close.
Evening service only, the daytime card lives at Lucca Beach. Burrata pizza from the brick oven and the wood-grilled octopus are the opener-and-main lock. Bar is run by the Lucca team itself; let them pace the cocktails rather than ordering wine straight from the printed list.
