Sail Loft has held the Yalı stretch of Gündoğan since the village was a sail-club secret. The daytime kitchen runs wood-fired pizzas, salads and burgers off the sand; the evening flips to a small bar with cocktails, shared plates and a live music programme that leans jazz happy hour and DJ nights. Twenty-five years on, it is still the village's standing alternative to a yacht-traffic dinner — the right address for the long late afternoon that turns into a Gündoğan evening.
