Yahşi
Chef Nilay Lale's Khai Hotel signature room on the Yahşi pier, modern Aegean meets Asian technique.
Chef Horikoshi's Japanese kitchen inside Cape Bodrum, Vedat Milor's Bodrum sushi reference.
Itsumi is the Gündoğan branch of the Japanese restaurant Yusuke Horikoshi founded in Istanbul in 2014, and it operates on the Kızılburun deck of Cape Bodrum. The more than twenty years Horikoshi has spent in Türkiye separate the kitchen line from the American-Japanese chains: a sushi counter close to omakase, classical home recipes and a short evening card built around seasonal produce. Described by Vedat Milor as his favourite sushi address in Türkiye, the room is the single destination for a guest looking for authentic Japanese cooking in the proper sense of the word in Bodrum. The dining room faces the cove view, only evening service is open, and a two-week-ahead reservation is advised in season.
Şef Horikoshi'nin Tokyo açılışıyla aynı düzlemde işler; suşi tezgâhından oturum doğru hamledir. Cape Bodrum dışından misafir kabul; otel önerisini Instagram üzerinden teyit edin.
