Mandarin Bar is the cocktail terrace at Mandarin Oriental Bodrum on Cennet Koyu, opening at 11:00 for daytime service and running through midnight on cocktail-and-snack hours from April through October. The bar holds the most-decorated cocktail programme on the peninsula — Haute Grandeur Best Cocktail Menu Global in 2022 and 2023, Best Wine Selection Global in 2021, plus repeat wins in Best Romantic Setting and Best Interior Design. The room is consciously evening-glamour rather than peninsula-bohemian: a low-lit terrace overlooking the Aegean, Mediterranean and Asian-grammar bar snacks alongside the full cocktail card, hookah service from 19:00. The reader uses Mandarin Bar as the pre-dinner aperitivo before Hakkasan, ROKA or Assaggio on the same property, or as a Türkbükü-side answer to the Maçakızı sunset deck.
