Since 2003 Brenner has occupied the listed columned hall of the former royal Marstall on Maximilianstraße — twenty-metre ceilings, an open grill in the centre of the main room, a separate counter where the pasta is hand-rolled daily, and a cocktail bar at the front. The kitchen runs from breakfast through past midnight, which is unusual at this address; the menu is grill-led (steak, fish, lamb chops) with the pasta as a parallel offer.
