Brenner Operngrill

Open-fire grill and pasta counter under the Marstall's columned hall.
Axel Vervoordt's winter-garden brasserie inside the Bayerischer Hof.
The Bayerischer Hof's all-day brasserie was redesigned by the Belgian art dealer Axel Vervoordt — natural stone, pale wood, very high windows, an open fireplace separating the main room from the salon — so it reads more like a private gallery than a hotel restaurant. Cooking is classic brasserie with Mediterranean and Asian touches; mains land between 28€ and 70€, set menus 42€–95€. This is the lunch room when you don't want a tasting menu, the breakfast room if you're staying in the hotel, and the dependable table when you arrive late and need somewhere serious that's still serving.
Terrace opens in summer. Reservations via SevenRooms. The room scales — solo lunch reads as quiet, four-top dinner reads as celebratory.
