Aman Garden runs the Gümüşlük table that splits the difference between the cove's stilted fish rooms and the Mükellef-class wine destination: a garden setting on the rise above Myndos / Rabbit Island, a meze counter that does both the Aegean classics and the inland grilled-meat side that the seafront rooms avoid, and a sunset shift that locks the table from six to nine. The reservation choreography is part of the experience — the room is small and the kitchen pages its bookings tightly; walk-in on a July weekend evening doesn't work. Locals use Aman Garden as the inland alternative to Mimoza on the same trip — fish on Friday, meze and chops on Saturday.
