The card is steakhouse-and-seafood rather than the canteen pattern the bay's family rooms run; the orientation faces Kos across the strait, the table seating runs from indoor sofas to sand-edge outdoor, and the kitchen handles breakfast through late-night across European, Mediterranean and Turkish registers.
