Jadem is the chef's restaurant signed by Uğur Filiz, opened in 2022 on a stretch of the Gümüşlük waterfront with a direct panoramic on the bay and the Tavşan Adası sightline. The signature is open-fire seafood and Aegean herbs cooked with fire incense — the room treats wood-flame technique as its primary tool rather than the village's default grill grammar. Underwater lights at the front-row tables let guests watch the fish moving in the bay while they eat, and the card carries a lobster tagliatelle and shrimp pasta along with the standard fish course. Mixed reviews on service (the room is small, the staff thin in August), but the cooking reads as the chef-led alternative to the iskele's classic fish-and-meze rooms.
