| Dernière vérification: May 2026 Balıkçı Hasan opened this corner of Çökertme Caddesi when Yalıkavak was a fishing village rather than a marina, and the family has worked the room ever since. The format has not changed: an ice counter at the entrance, a meze tezgahı that runs deep, the day's catch grilled over coals at the back. It is the table the older İstanbul yazlıkçı still chooses over the marina.
