Sazzou

Sazzou opened with the 2026 reimagining of Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, the first Hilton ever built outside the Americas. Tucked into the ground floor, the room is intimate, mid-century-modern and built around vinyl jazz, funk and soul Wednesdays and Saturdays, with live performances on Fridays from established Turkish jazz musicians like Ozan Musluoğlu. Cocktails are mood-paired to the set, and the space leans serious about both the music and the mixology rather than playing as another hotel lobby bar.
