Meilleur moment
Le meilleur moment pour les rooftops d'Istanbul se situe autour du coucher de soleil. Entre 17 h et 20 h, on attrape à la fois la lumière du jour et l'allumage de la ville. En été (mai–septembre), les terrasses sont les plus animées.
Conseils de réservation
Pour les rooftops prisés, surtout le week-end et en été, nous recommandons fortement la réservation. Réservez au moins 1 à 2 jours avant pour les tables au coucher de soleil. Les tables avec vue Bosphore exigent souvent une réservation encore plus en avance.
Dress code
La plupart des rooftops haut de gamme d'Istanbul appliquent un dress code smart casual. Shorts, tongs et baskets sont généralement refusés. Pensez à une veste légère pour le soir — les terrasses peuvent être ventées.
