Sakhalin Bodrum

Sakhalin Bodrum is the second Türkiye project of the legendary White Rabbit Family alliance built by restaurateur Boris Zarkov and brand-chef Vladimir Mukhin, opened at Yalıkavak Marina in 2021. The kitchen reads Mediterrasian by house definition, the room itself reads two-level marina-promenade with a 240-seat raw-bar floor and a high terrace pulled tight against the Aegean horizon. The hook is the catch counter: shells, crabs, shrimp, sea bass on the ice display and live aquarium for guests to point and pick before the open kitchen plates the choice with the Mediterranean-Asian grammar Mukhin developed across the Moscow White Rabbit kitchens. Gault&Millau Türkiye picked it up as a Mediterrasian destination, the Sakhalin global brand network sits behind it, and the room itself runs the same evening-only register as Zuma down the marina rather than the Friday-night spectacle rooms, competent, properly luxurious, music programme that holds rather than dominates the dinner shift.
