Keyn is the small-plates room on the Türkbükü cove that landed the modern street-food-and-sushi format the bay had been routing through Roka and Hakkasan but missing in a smaller-bill register. The card runs across sushi, robata, Asian-leaning small plates and a cocktail program that the bar staff actually run rather than pour out of a binder. Regulars are the Türkbükü thirties who want a Roka-grammar dinner without the Roka markup — and the practical late-night option for groups who have already done Macakizi for lunch. The room is small, the kitchen is kitchen-led, and the reservation pressure spikes on weekends in August.
