Novikov Bodrum

Novikov Bodrum is the Türkiye debut of Arkady Novikov's eponymous restaurant group, opened on the Yalıkavak Marina seafront. The room follows the brand's Mayfair and Riyadh template: a long Asian-Mediterranean card with the choose-your-fish display case at the centre of the floor, open kitchen behind it, and a service register pitched at the heavy-yacht audience that anchors a hundred metres out at the marina pontoons. Mukhin and Sakhalin work the same beat down the same promenade; Novikov differentiates on the brand-signature lobster preparation, the Turkish-style grilled levrek that builds Bodrum mandarin notes into the cocktail card, and a fixed-menu option that lands the eight-hundred-lira beverage-free anchor for groups of ten. The evening register is 19:00 to 02:00; the late shift turns DJ-led without losing the dinner-room temperament.
