Cotto Sul Mare is the fine-dining room at Casa Dell'Arte Hotel of Arts & Leisure, the long-running art-collector boutique on the Torba coast. The kitchen reads Italian-Mediterranean — silky fresh pasta with mascarpone, burrata with sea salt, whole fish in a wood-fired oven — and the room moves between a casual lunch-on-the-jetty register and a wine-paired evening service. The hotel's contemporary-art collection sits in the same building, so dinner doubles as a quiet gallery walk past the deck.
