OPA Bodrum is the Yalıkavak Marina edition of the OPA brand built by chef Tim Newton, who carries the Francesco Mazzei and Matt Moran lineage into a properly Mediterranean Greek-tavern grammar. The kitchen runs shared plates by design: long meze tables, slow-roasted lamb kleftiko with feta-mashed potato and mint salad, seafood orzo with mussels and coriander, the dolmades and saganaki the room treats as anchor rather than starter.
