| Last reviewed: May 2026 Kâtip has run since 2016 from a 500-year-old stone cottage behind the marina, with a candlelit room and a small lemon-tree garden that does most of the seating. The list is built on house infusions and herbs the bar grows itself, and the room caps at the number of seats it has. Reservations only; in winter the doors open only for private bookings. Bodrum's one serious cocktail address.
Editor's Tip
Reservations are mandatory; walk-ins are turned away even when seats are visible. Ask the bartender for the off-menu fig-leaf negroni.
