Kornél is the Naru and Dereköy Lokantası team's Bitez room, opened as an all-day bistro-bar on Adliye Caddesi with the same kitchen discipline that built the parent operations. The card runs across the day rather than splitting into separate services: breakfast on the terrace, a wood-oven pizzetta line through lunch, plated dinners after dark, and a seasonal cocktail programme that the bar rewrites every few weeks. The garden is the room's organising element — terracotta tones, sandy hues, a back terrace that reads more Ibiza than Ege when the lights drop. Friday and Saturday nights run a DJ programme that holds the energy without tipping the place into club register. The chapter files Kornél as the rare Bitez room that genuinely works through the full day rather than only at peak service hours.
