Orfoz has held its terrace above Kumbahçe for two decades and operates the way the small fine-dining rooms of the Côte d'Azur once did: a single set menu for the night, the day's catch decided at the auction, vegetables from a garden the kitchen visits itself. The 2026 Michelin Green Star confirms what the Bodrum regulars already knew. Sea views, jasmine, no music to speak of.
