Conçu à l'origine pour alimenter le Grand Palais en eau, ce monument de l'ingénierie romaine antique accueille aujourd'hui des dîners intimes à la bougie, accompagnés de piano en live. La carte réinvente avec élégance la cuisine ottomane et byzantine, servie sous six piliers antiques et un plafond voûté éclairé de lustres en fer forgé.
