Köşem Balık
Ortakent
The mother-and-son Aegean fish house that has held the Yahşi-Ortakent waterfront since the marina was built
The Yalıkavak breakfast institution's Türkbükü branch, with garden tables and its own jetty
Asmalı Çardak's Türkbükü outpost takes the same grammar that built the original Yalıkavak room — homemade jams, local cheese, börek rolled to order, breakfast in a mandarin-shaded garden — and adds a small jetty on Liman Caddesi for the post-meal swim. Service runs until mid-afternoon and the loungers stay free for guests until 15:30, which is how a long Bodrum lunch is supposed to start.
Order the tangerine jam and the pumpkin börek; both are the things to come back for. After breakfast the iskele loungers are yours until half past three.
