Vamos has worked the same Atatürk Bulvarı corner of Bitez village for years and quietly become the bay's default all-day room when the seafront strip closes for the season. The garden is the asset — mandarin trees over the seating, white-toned Mediterranean interior for the colder months, and a stone oven at the back that turns out croissants in the morning and pizza through the afternoon. The card runs the brasserie middle that the Bitez village otherwise lacks: Spanish omelette and Cuban toast on the breakfast side, pasta and salads through the day, steak and artichoke salad at dinner. The chapter holds Vamos as the Bitez classic for the second-house regular who wants a calm room with a reliable kitchen rather than a programmed night out.
