Cheval Blanc Paris

LVMH's Paris flagship in the restored Samaritaine on the Seine opened September 2021 — Peter Marino-designed interiors, 72 rooms and suites starting at 45 square metres, the largest sprawling to 1,000 sqm with seven bedrooms and a private screening room. Plénitude under Arnaud Donckele and pastry chef Maxime Frédéric earned three Michelin stars in early 2022 and ranks #14 in The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2025. Three other restaurants — Langosteria (Italian), Hakuba (sushi), Le Tout-Paris (top-floor brasserie) — round it out. The first Dior Spa Cheval Blanc occupies two floors with a 30-meter pool under a digital ceiling.
