A sourdough pizzeria with hand-crafted gin-tonic on homemade tonic, the village's alternative dinner
Piri Piri Pizza is a small, kitchen-led pizzeria on a quieter Gümüşlük side street, built around two ideas: sourdough bases (24-hour cold fermentation) topped with a piri-piri sauce or one of the seasonal vegetarian and vegan combinations, and a gin-tonic programme on homemade tonics that the same kitchen produces in-house. The room is the village's standing alternative to the iskele's standard fish-and-meze grammar — a vegetarian friend can eat properly, a lighter wallet can carry the evening, and the bar runs craft cocktails the rest of the harbour doesn't. The menu also carries homemade garlic bread, caprese, and a short dessert case; food-court speed it isn't, but the pizzas read as carefully built.
Closed Wednesdays. Order the piri-piri sourdough and a gin-tonic on the in-house tonic; the vegan mayonnaise garlic bread is the surprise opener. The room is the village's vegetarian-friendly dinner answer.
