Born in Alacati in 2018 and brought to Istanbul in 2023, Sipster represents the trend of Aegean coast venues establishing city outposts. Co-founded by mixologist Burcu Akil and chef Berrak Korukcu, this neo-bistro combines Aegean-inspired cuisine with an impressive cocktail program. The intimate setting features an open kitchen where Korukcu prepares dishes that highlight seasonal ingredients with Mediterranean influences, while Akil creates signature cocktails that have developed a cult following.
